This is the only bariatric vitamins I will use. Love that it’s liquid in a capsule so easier to absorb and you tell it’s in your system by the color of your urine. I feel great when on these compared to many other brands. Have been ordering from this company for 2 yrs just recently found on Amazon. I had been ordering from eBay previously but so happy it’s on Amazon now

I am 1 year post-op and I have tried 3 other barriatric vitamins, I started with chewy vitamins which started to be disgusting over time and expensive, then went to a chewable which caused me to throw up instantly, I then went to a pill and wish these were the first pills I tried because they would of been the last. These vitamins have given me so much more energy and they don't hurt my stomach, also my HAIR, I was losing so much hair up until I switched to these a month ago. I'm so sad I didn't start with these pills because maybe I wouldn't of lost so much hair. The black pills are a bit scary looking at first but they don't taste like anything and no after burp taste. I opened one up because I wanted to see what was inside the pills and it's a orange color liquid. Im going to call it liquid gold, because these have been a great find and I do recommend for barriatric patients.

I just started taking them today and am scheduled for gastric sleeve surgery in about 2 weeks. I decided to start taking them early because I have survived on junk food for years and want to get something healthy into my system. I have met with the dietician at the bariatric place quite a few times and it is still hard for me to avoid the 'unhealthy' foods even though I have lost a wee bit of weight in preparation for the surgery. I got them for two reasons. I liked the liquid part and plus the price. Just psychologically I feel better taking them. My diet has been so poor. I will change my review if anything changes with the vitamins. Quite honestly I am not looking for any miracles. I have never taken vitamins before and so am skeptical about them having much impact since so many studies say vitamins are a waste of money and people don't need them. I really don't even know what to look for in terms of if they work or not.
